About Course
This course provides an in-depth understanding of Six Sigma, a data-driven approach to process improvement that aims to eliminate defects and improve quality in products and services. The course covers the principles and tools of Six Sigma, including DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) methodology, statistical analysis, process mapping, and project management.
